Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Peel and slice the plantains diagonally.
3. Brush slices lightly with coconut oil.
4. Sprinkle with sea salt and optional spices.
5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Notes
