Description
Crispy chicken tossed in sweet-spicy bang bang sauce over rice and fresh vegetables. A perfect 30-minute weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp Sriracha
4 cups cooked rice
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside
2. Season and cook chicken via air fryer or skillet
3. Toss cooked chicken in bang bang sauce
4. Prepare rice and fresh vegetables
5. Assemble bowls with rice, veggies, chicken, and toppings
6. Drizzle extra bang bang sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro
